Model usage

All Lethean Emergence Models are released under the European Union Public Licence v1.2 (EUPL-1.2).

You are free to:

• Use the models for commercial or non-commercial purposes
• Modify and distribute the models
• Create derivative works

Subject to the terms of EUPL-1.2, including attribution and copyleft requirements for derivative works.

No warranty

The models and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the models for any particular purpose. AI models can produce incorrect or biased outputs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the models or website
• Model outputs or predictions
• Any decisions made based on model outputs
• Data loss or corruption

You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability and accuracy of model outputs for your use case.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the models or website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
